Listing Fees: Fees paid for property listings are non-refundable once the listing is live.
Service Refunds: Refund eligibility for services such as consultation or verification depends on the service stage and nature.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Cancellations: Property owners can remove listings anytime, but paid listing fees will not be refunded.
